The house can be separated into apartments as detailed, Canigou - The Tower Apartment, Roc de Majorque, the Studio and Castelnou, the garden apartment.

Close to Perpignan, the property is 40 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea with large sandy family beaches at Argeles and Canet en Roussillon, St Cyprien and lots of other little coves along the coastline and the beautiful coastal town of Collioure.

Walking, mountain biking, canyoning, white water rafting and horseriding are amongst many activities nearby. And there are plenty of vineyards!

PLEASE NOTE: Cars required for access to the house. It is 20 minutes from the shops at Thuir and 10 minutes from Castelnou. The last 2km of the route to the house is along a gravel and stoney road so is not ideal for particularly low cars.
